Pecan wedge at $4/pop was spendy, but very satisfying...large shortbread chunk dipped in choc and toasted pecans.

No line, and parking meter in front, with time left on it!---so excellent for me.
The food itself is a bit more hyped up than it should be. The employees are great and so is the service. Their cakes can be a bit too dry. They do have some good M&Ms cookies!
Located in a historic building, the showcases wow.
The baked goods here are to die for. It justifies the higher price for normal bakery items. Overall, it's always a conversation starter and a crowd pleaser when you walk in with a box from Carlo's Bakery!
Watching Cake Boss at the moment has jogged my memory to review their baked goods.
Strawberry shortcake has the best whipped cream frosting I've ever had. So good. Canollis are pretty good, but not as good as I expected. I was disappoint.
Though pastries are pricey, the lobster tail was very delicious. Nice play of duper flake with French cream. Tried the Italian Napoleon, some rugelach(excellent, though only 2-3 bites worth for one)---
Your pumpkin cheesecake is exceptional! The spices and texture takes this cheesecake above and beyond ❤
