The concept is GREAT but the staff seems to be young high school kids who really don't love making little girls have a good time.
Recently took my daughter here for her first haircut. It could not have been a better experience. Mariana (sp?) not only provided a great cut but my daughter had the time of her life.
Took my 4 year old daughter to Sweet and Sassy today for the Disney Princess Halloween Party and I'm so glad I did. My daughter absolutely loved it! They had several princesses including Elsa,Cinderella and Ariel. She got to dance and party with them. She also got her hair and nails done and rode the limo! The total princess experience! Will definitely go again! Can't wait for their Christmas party !
I went here for my nieces birthday party and It was very cute! The girls had a great time and definitely felt like little pop stars. My only complaint would be with the staff. The girls did not seem excited to be hosting the party for the little girls (they could've at least faked it) . Sometimes it seemed as if the staff were actually annoyed by the little girls. They even were having side conversations out loud about their personal life in front of the little girls. Other than that the little ones had a great time, their focus obviously isn't on customer service.
I have been to a lot of events at Sweet and Sassy with my grandchildren and they have enjoyed everyone of them, the girls are always asking when we are going back, we will going back to the next event February 4th for the daddy and me Valentines day dance, they are so excited! The staff and everyone has always been very polite and nice to the children and parents. Thank you Sweet and Sassy for great parties! You get more bees with honey than you do with lemons!
