I actually ended up at this place after I could no longer contain my disappointment with the poor attitude at my local bike shop. The guys up here in Ridgewood are great they can fix just about anything you bring through the door and will do it quickly and with a smile. There are no smug attitudes and the people genuinely care about you and your ride.

This is simply the best LBS in Bergen County and possibly the NYC area. I've been going here for 30 years. Everyone working there knows bikes! The mechanics and sales people are excellent. I've purchased six bikes over the years from RCS and had them serviced there. Always pleased! When I was hit by a car and my bike was destroyed, the people of RCS helped me work with insurance to get my bike replaced.
